Property hunting costs

When the hunted property is held by agents who do not share the commission, ANH is remunerated by a fixed commission of 20k Aed. This case occurs when the property is at an exceptionally low price, most often off market, and the broker listing the property does not need another broker to find a buyer.

ANH’s logic is to devote more time to its customers by finding them the perfect property that suits them, instead of multiplying useless leads.

Follow-up of the renovation work costs

Because the volume of follow-up work depends on the volume of renovation required by the property, we have chosen a compensation model proportional to the advanced cost;
